PM Mitsotakis: Greece’s digital transformation a key choice of the government
The digital transformation of Greece is a key choice by this government, Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis told a Hellenic Labor Inspectorate (SETE) conference on Monday.
“I am here to press the ENTER key with you for the future of the country,” he said, stressing that the Ministry of Digital Governance is a political center that will lead Greece to that future.
The gov.gr platform will be the interface between citizens and the public administration, while simplifying procedures – as with the inauguration of an all-purpose number for all citizens – is important.
A lack of specialized personnel will be remedied by training programs offered to the unemployed, while the educational system will include classes on computer literacy, he said.
