Hackers take down Greek power utility’s webpage on Wed.
The website of the Public Power Corp. (PPC), the state-run and dominant power supplier in the country, was hacked and taken offline on Wednesday by a group that identified itself as “Anonymous Greece”.
In a subsequent post on Facebook, the perpetrator or perpetrators behind the hacking claimed it was in response to the utility cutting off power to households for unpaid bills.
