Germany: We have agreed with Athens on the return of immigrants to Greece
On Friday afternoon the spokesman of the German Ministry of the Interior announced an agreement with the Greek government regarding the return of illegal immigrants and refugees.
“The Ministries of Interior (have agreed) and we are before its immediate implementation. Only one final exchange of letters is pending”, said Eleonore Petersman and clarified that details of the content of the agreement would be announced after it was signed.
Under the agreement, Greece is expected to accept the return of 2,000 immigrants!
