A critical debate on all issues was held during SYRIZA’s political secretariat meeting chaired by Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras, according to sources.

The same sources said that there was only a brief discussion on the programme review as nothing has changed regarding the positions of the party and the government.

The prime minister reiterated the target of having the programme review concluded and participating in the ECB quantitative easing programme.

He also stressed that the government aims at enhancing the social policy, reforming the labour, health and education sectors as well as the social policy in general. After the conclusion of the programme review, the issue of the Constitutional Revision will be resumed, the prime minister reportedly said.
