Canister bombs go off outside official’s Athens home
Unidentified arsonists planted homemade gas canister bombs outside the home of the president of the Actuarial Authority of the Greek Labor Ministry shortly before midnight on Monday, triggering an explosion that caused damage to the entrance of the building but no injuries.
Police were seeking the perpetrators on Tuesday and gave no indication of a possible motive.
