Forty six refugees-migrants arrived in Chios on the first day of the year
Forty six refugees and migrants arrived in Chios on Sunday morning, the first day of 2017, despite the bitter cold, local authorities said.
Coast guard officials transferred the people at the port after their boat reached the beach of Aghia Ermioni at 04:00. They were then sent to VIAL camp to be registered.
