SYRIZA’s Parliamentary Group meeting postponed for later this week
The scheduled meeting of SYRIZA’s parliamentary group for Monday afternoon has been postponed for later in the week. Party president Alexis Tsipras was expected to deliver a speech at the first PG meeting following the recent cabinet reshuffle.
Sources suggested that the party leader intended to inform his MPs on the progress of negotiations with the country’s creditors and that the goal of a debt settlement is closed than ever. The Prime Minister is also planning on highlighting the economic growth and the need for party support to increase.
