The main opposition party New Democracy is aiming to attract a large section of undecided voters – which recent polls suggest account for nearly one in three voters – as well as moderate centrists.

Although the polls show that New Democracy and its leader Kyriakos Mitsotakis have a huge advantage over SYRIZA and the Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras, the polls also show that a large section is not pleased with how the party is operating suggests that changes are necessary.

The party is aiming to expand its reach and carry out the necessary changes to convince the general public that it has a credible plan and the resolve the implement it. As such, New Democracy is expected to continue demanding early elections while underlining the need for change.
