Czech national dies in paragliding accident
A 39-year-old Czech national lost his life in a paragliding accident on Thursday in the region of Pella in northern Greece.
According to reports, he launched, along with four others paragliders, from a cliff in Ayios Athanasios. After he failed to land with the others, a search was launched and his body was found hours later in a forested area.
Local authorities have reportedly launched an investigation into the accident.
