Drug suspects arrested in police raid on grounds of Thessaloniki university

Police in Thessaloniki on Thursday arrested 10 people following a raid on the grounds of the city’s Aristotle University and surrounding streets, most of them on drug-related charges.

One of the detainees, arrested in the university’s courtyard, is a suspected drug dealer. The 21-year-old had drugs and cash on him, police said.

The suspects will appear before a prosecutor.
