Baby girl airlifted to Athens after attacked by the family dog
A 20-month old baby girl was airlifted from Crete to Athens on Wednesday evening, after being attacked by the family’s Rottweiler dog earlier in the day.
Initially the baby girl was rushed to the university hospital in Agios Nikolaos, however doctors decided that it was imperative to transfer her to the Eye Clinic of the “Agia Sofia” Children’s Hospital in Athens.
Acording to reports the child has suffered a serious injury above the left eye.
