High court approves agreement for Helleniko privatization

Greece’s Court of Audit, which is responsible for auditing major state-affiliated contracts, on Tuesday, approved the procedure by which the Helleniko site in coastal southeast Athens was transferred as part of a privatization tender.

According to sources close to Greece’s privatization fund, TAIPED, the high court approved of the agreement and related amendments found in a MoU without comment or observations
