Pylos added to future seaplane network
The coastal town of Pylos, in Greece’s extreme southwest, was added to a network of 28 seaplane destinations this week, with the site’s licensing awarded to the company, Water Airports, that has already completed the licensing for the country’s first seaplane facility on the Ionian island of Corfu.
The same company will soon complete licensing for a seaplane route and facilities on the island of Paxos, next to Corfu, followed by the western port city of Patras and other Ionian islands.
