Culture Minister to welcome 100 refugees at the Acropolis

The Minister of Culture Aristides Baltas will welcome 100 refugees at the Athens Acropolis on Monday. The refugees, who are accommodated at the centers of Eleonas and Schisto, will visit the ancient monuments and be guided through the Acropolis Museum.

According the Ministry, the visit aims to raise international awareness over the refugee crisis. The visit has been organized with the support of the UNHCR and the Flux Laboratory.
