New Democracy leads by 6%
An impressive turn of Greek electorate opinion was recorded in a new poll conducted by Pulse on behalf of Action24 TV channel showing that Greek people are in favor of current government’s removal from power.
According to the results presented on Evening Report show on Thursday, 47% of the respondents want early elections, while only 32% prefer the current government to remain in power.
More specifically, 31% responded they would vote for main opposition party New Democracy, while only 25% said they prefer SYRIZA. The junior coalition party of Independent Greeks (ANEL) received 2.5% failing to enter the parliament, Golden Dawn came in third with 6.5%, followed by the Democratic Coalition (PASOK-DIMAR) with 5.5%. Greece’s Communist party (KKE) received 5.5%, Centrists Union 3% and Popular Unity 3%, Potami 2.5% and ANTARSYA 1%.
