Gerovasili: “We will maintain the agreement, so must our partners”
“The IMF admitting mistakes is positive. We will maintain the agreement, our partners should do the same” commented Government spokesperson Olga Gerovasili on Tuesday’s briefing.
According to Mrs. Gerovasili “a disagreement has been documented with the IMF, which links the review to settling the debt” and added that the talks on the debt, as per last summer’s agreement, will begin after the review.
When asked by journalists about the refugee crisis Mrs. Gerovasili responded that the priority is to evacuate Idomeni and that the overall efforts are increasing. She further explained that there evacuation will conclude by Easter.
Regarding the tenders for television broadcasting licenses, the government spokesperson reported that the public consultation will being on Friday.
