General Secretaries of the Foreign Ministries of Cyprus, Greece, and Jordan will be starting the trilateral cooperation of three countries, with their first meet in Nicosia, an announcement said on Friday.

Specifically, the three will meet on Monday April 11 in the wake of the visit of Jordan’s King to Cyprus last November and the meeting of Foreign Ministers in Brussels in January.

The three who will be meeting are Alexandros Zenon, Dimitrios Paraskevopoulos, and Mohammad Tayseer Bani Yasin.

They are set to discuss issues of common interest, such as the issues in the Middle East, the refugee crisis, and the fight against terrorism, the announcement said.

The three representatives will be laying the groundwork for the first political meeting of the three countries.

Before the meeting, the three will meet with Foreign Minister Ioannis Kasoulides, and after the meeting they will adopt a common agreement, the announcement said.
