Mitsotakis meets with President Pavlopoulos

The leader of main opposition New Democracy Kyriakos Mitsotakis expressed his concerns over the developments in refugee issue to President of Hellenic Republic Prokopis Pavlopoulos.

Mr. Mitsotakis asked to see Mr. Pavlopoulos in order to talk about the recent developments on refugee and migration issue.

Mr. Pavlopoulos thanked him about “the fact that during these critical times, we have the opportunity to exchange views” adding that “these are extremely useful in order to do my duty”.

Moreover, earlier on Wednesday, Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras briefed Mr. Mitsotakis over the phone about the developments in refugee issue.
