Golden Dawn Murderer Roupakias to Be Released From Custody
Giorgos Roupakias, the Gold Dawn thug who murdered in cold blood leftist rapper Pavlos Fyssas on September 2013 in Keratsini, is set to be released from custody next month, following a ruling today by a council of appeals court judges.
The reason for the decision of the council of appeals court judges is that Roupakias has completed the maximum of 18 months in pretrial detention. Accordingly, he will be released on March 18.
The conditions of his release involve Roupakias being under house arrest and suspension of the right to travel abroad.
