Farmers remain at their blocks; threaten with black out

Protesting farmers will keep the Athens-Thessaloniki motorway at Kastro closed until 20:00 on Friday (05/02/2016) while on Saturday they will block the road from 12:00 to 24:00.

Moreover, farmers from the region of Fthiotida will block the Athens-Thessaloniki motorway as well as the regional roads at Atalanti and Anthili from 12:00 to 14:00 and on Saturday from 12:00 to 24:00. They will also close the old national road from 12:00 to 14:00 and from 19:00 to 22:00 and on Saturday from 12:00 to 24:00.

In Peloponnese, farmers remain at the blockades without interrupting the traffic. However, the farmers said they will escalate their mobilisations and will close the Corinth-Tripolis motorway at Nestani on Friday midnight.
The Tempi Valley will remain closed from 16:00 to 21:00 on Friday while farmers have announced that traffic will be interrupted at Tempi Valley from 12:00 to 18:00 on Saturday.
