Building activity volume down 38.2 pct in Oct

The volume of private building activity dropped sharply by 38.2 pct in October 2015, for a 6.4 pct decline in the January-October period, compared with the same periods in 2014, Hellenic Statistical Authority said on Friday.

The statistics service, in a report, said that the number of building permits issued in October fell by 29.9 pct, in comparison with the same month in 2014.
