Mitsotakis receives congratulations from Trump
New Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis spoke by phone with US President Donald Trump on Tuesday evening, local time, with the latter conveying his congratulations over the former’s election victory on Sunday.
Mitsotakis reiterated that his center-right government’s priority is to cut bureaucracy and boost investments, with Trump responding that this is his priority as well.
Both also emphasized efforts to boost already very close bilateral relations.
