Greek President Prokopios Pavlopoulos on Wednesday (22/03/2017) stressed the importance of creating a firm front to coordinate our actions and promote the country’s interests during the current critical times when we are faced with important challenges that will determine the long term future of Greece as well as of our great European Family in which Greece irrevocably belongs to.

Pavlopoulos was speaking to Greek Diaspora ahead of the anniversary of March 25 (Greek revolution against the Ottoman rule).
“I am referring to the European Union and in its hardcore, the eurozone,” Pavlopoulos stated and added: “Greece cannot even imagine itself outside the European Union, but the European Union would never be the same without Greece.”
