Police break up drug dealing gang active throughout the country
Police have arrested at least seven members of a criminal gang – seven foreign nationals and one Greek – involved in drug dealing and car theft in a joint operation conducted in Ioannina and Aitoloakarnania in western Greece, and Attica late Thursday and early Friday.
According to reports, police confiscated 73 kilos of cannabis and three pistols, along with an undisclosed number of vehicles as well as hundreds of spare parts, license plates, documents, seals and car keys.
Police are expected to make an announcement once the operation is concluded.
