215 more refugees arrive in Greece in 24 hours

The tide of refugee flows reaching the Greek shores is steadily on the rise, with 215 more landing on the eastern Aegean Greek islands in the past 24 hours. This brings the total to 12,376 on the islands in the eastern Aegean, while the number across Greece is 59,505. Of the 215 people that landed in Greece the past day, 96 arrived in Lesvos, 48 on Kos and 71 in Karpathos.
