French tourist found dead in Crete pool
A 50-year-old French tourist who was vacationing in Ierapetra, on the island of Crete, has been found dead in a swimming pool.
Authorities were alerted early Thursday.
The man was found floating in the pool of the hotel he was staying with his wife. He was taken to the local health centre but doctors were not able to revive him.
The cause of death was not immediately clear.
