Police evacuate illegally occupied Thessaloniki property
Police on Saturday forcefully evacuated a property in the Toumba district of Thessaloniki, northern Greece, that had been illegally occupied.
Fourteen foreign nationals, aged between 16 and 46, and one 28-year-old Greek woman were detained and all face charges of disturbing the peace.
According to a police statement, the building is private property and the evacuation operation was conducted at the request of a Thessaloniki prosecutor.
