Tender for television licenses up for public debate on opengov.gr
The international tender for four television licenses has been publicized on the opengov.gr website, with the starting bid set at three million euros. The public debate on the tender will conclude on the 22nd of April.
Up for grabs are four ten-year licenses for nationwide terrestrial digital broadcasting in high definition. The tender is expected to conclude by the end of July.
The 3-million-euro starting bid was determined by the Deloitte company, after taking into considerations the current financial circumstances in Greece and internationally, as well as the particularities of the Greek media sector and existing institutional framework.
