Lamda Development reports positive operational profit
Operational profits for Lamda Development’s three commercial malls in 2015 had positive effects on the company’s EBITDA, which stood at 30 million euros, an increase of 7.1 percent in relation to 2014.
Turnover for Lamda stood at 44.037 million euros, down 0.46 percent, or 44.24 million euros in 2014.
The three biggest properties managed by Lamda are “The Mall” and “Golden Hall”, both in north Athens, as well as “Mediterranean Cosmos” in Thessaloniki.
