UNITE concert against child abuse in Nicosia

On Wednesday, March 30, 2016 the annual UNITE concert will take place, bringing talented young musicians and choir members together in a special musical celebration.

Students participating in ‘UNITE’ Against Child Abuse range in age from 7-19 years and include children from a number of both private and public schools in Nicosia. The concert is dedicated to raising awareness and funds for “Hope For Children” UNCRC Policy Center in support of children at risk for bullying, abuse or neglect. The concert will be held at Strovolos Theatre at 7:30pm.

The aim of the festival is to not only raise awareness of the ever increasing levels of Child Abuse, but also to provide to the International and Humanitarian Independent Institution “Hope For Children” UNCRC Policy Center with the additional resources necessary to reach and assist as many children as possible across the island.
