Coast guard rescues 120 migrants off Samothrace

The Greek coastguard said it rescued 120 migrants, including dozens of children, after their boat ran into trouble off the northern Aegean island of Samothrace early Wednesday.
There were no reports of people missing, authorities said, adding that all those rescued were taken to the island’s port.
