Metro, electric railway and tram employees go on strike on Tuesday
A walkout has been called by the employee unions of the metro, electric railway and tram services in Athens for Tuesday.
According to the announcement, there will be no services until 8am, with the unions warning that they may escalate their actions.
The employees argue that mismanagement has created a clientelist administration that has “complete disregard for sound administrative practice and procedure”.
