KEELPNO: Seasonal flu virus has claimed 124 lives so far
The Center of Disease Control and Prevention (KEELPNO) announced that 124 people have died as a result of the seasonal outbreak of the flu virus, after 10 died on Friday.
Furthermore, KEELPNO’s figures show that a total of 360 people have received medical treatment in Intensive Care Units (ICUs), with 106 currently in ICUs.
KEELPNO has urged vulnerable groups, such as the elderly, to take the necessary precautions and seek out medical care and anti-viral treatment as soon as they notice any symptoms.
