Cyber Crime unit head transferred to another department

Manolis Sfakianakis, director of the Cyber Crime Center of the Greek Police has been transferred to another department, authorities announced late on Wednesday.

Sfakianakis, who maintains his Major General rank, was expected to incorporate the department of human resources at Greek Police’s headquarters.

Sfakianakis set up the Cyber Crime Center in 1995.
