Bodies of two Greek naval airmen retrieved following chopper crash
The bodies of two Greek naval airmen were retrieved on the islet of Kinaros after a Greek navy helicopter crashed in the eastern Aegean early on Thursday. A third naval officer was missing and rescue efforts to locate him continued.
The Agusta Bell chopper was participating in a night military exercise when it disappeared from radar around 2.45 a.m., a Defense Ministry official said on Thursday.
