Vitsas: Hotspots almost ready

Four out of five hotspots on the islands of Lesvos, Leros, Chios and Samos are almost ready, stated Alternate Defence Minister Dimitris Vitsas on Monday (08/02/2016) adding the despite the reactions of Kos residents the works continue on the island.
