Former judge Mari Zenteli-Papaspyrou is to replace Leandros Rakintzis as the public administration general inspector, sources said on Monday.

Zenteli-Papasypurou, who has served as a judge in several first instance and appeal courts, was chosen for the post Interior Minister Panayiotis Kouroublis.

She has experience of working as a watchdog as she headed the Attica Regional Authority’s version of the Ombudsman’s office.
