Energy minister, Commissioner Cañete discuss TAP, IGB pipelines
Developments in the Trans Adriatic Pipeline (TAP) and the Gas Interconnector Greece-Bulgaria (IGB Pipeline) were discussed in a meeting between Environment and Energy Minister Panos Skourletis and Climate Action & Energy Commissioner Miguel Arias Cañete in Brussels on Thursday.
The two officials also discussed Greece’s request to adjust the projected CO2 emission rights limits for power generation, as an additional measure to tackle the humanitarian crisis in the country.
