Alt. Tourism Minister Kountoura receives Indonesian parliament delegation
The further deepening of the bilateral tourism relations between Greece and Indonesia examined Alternate Tourism Minister Elena Kountoura and a 20-member delegation of the Education, Youth, Sports, Tourism and Culture Committee of the parliament of the Republic of Indonesia that is paying an official visit to Greece.
The head of the Indonesian delegation asked Greece’s contribution in matters of educations and know-how regarding the tourism sector on the basis of the Cooperation memorandum signed by the two countries in 2007 and they made a specific reference to the insular character of both countries.
Kountoura thanked the Indonesian delegation for their visit to Greece and noted that the two countries can cooperate in tourism and in a series of other sectors and promised that she will include Indonesia in her visit schedule within the context of the opening of new markets in the Asia
