Two refugees arrested on suspicion of ties to Islamic state
Greece’s Coast Guard arrested two refugees, allegedly of Syrian nationality, on Kos island on Tuesday amid suspicions that they had ties to militants of the Islamic state.
According to the Coast Guard, the authorities are investigating the case. The two men, who were seen along with other refugees during an identification procedure, are detained at the island’s Coast Guard.
