European Consumer Centre of Greece launches new website
The European Consumer Centre of Greece has launched a new website on consumer services (www.eccgreece.gr).
According to the statement, consumers who purchase products and services from companies in the European Union, Norway and Iceland now have their own website through which they can learn about their rights and how to make safe cross-border transactions.
Moreover, the consumer has the opportunity to ask questions or ask for help and support when there is a problem and electronically submit the request for a friendly and consensual resolution of a consumer dispute.
