Nine dead in new refugees boat tragedy
A dinghy carrying 23 refugees overturned near the coast of the eastern Aegean island of Kos early on Tuesday, killing at least nine people.
A Frontex vessel located the overturned boat and people in the water calling for help.
Among the dead are four children, four women and a man.
