French authorities are scrambling to find Abdesalam Salah, who is believed to have taken part in the Paris attacks. French police reportedly questioned Salah just hours after the deadly rampage, only to let him go.

Salah, aged 26, a brother of one of the attackers who died is thought to have rented the black Volkswagen Polo used during the attack at Bataclan. Though he was born and lived in Belgium, he is a French antional. He had been stopped close to the border with Belgium following the attacks but was allowed to leave because his name had not been on any wanted list that time.
