Tsipras: Greece will play leading role in EU-Turkey deliberations on the refugees issue
Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras’ imminent visit to Ankara will focus on the international and regional developments while special emphasis will be given to the refugees issue and the bilateral relations.
The Greek prime minister will pay an official visit to Ankara on 18 November after an invation by Turkish prime minister Ahmet Davutoglu during their meeting on the sidelines of UN General Assembly.
Tsipras referred to his visit to Turkey at the cabinet meeting noting that the Greek government will play a leading role in EU-Turkey deliberations over the management of the refugees crisis.
