Two ferries with 3,000 refugees arrive at Piraeus port
Two ferries carrying 3,000 refugees from Mytilene and Chios docked at Piraeus port on Monday morning.
More specifically, “Blue Star Patmos” with 1,424 refugees on board arrived at 08.30 am and “Ariadni” ferry with 1,579 refugees on board arrived almost an hour earlier.
“Tera jet”, “Blue Star 1” and “Eleftherios Venizelos” are expected to transfer more refugees from Mytilene to Piraeus within the day.
