Shops in Athens to remain open on November 1

Stores in Athens will remain open on Sunday, November 1, to coincide with the first day of the intermediate autumn sales in an effort to boost revenues, Athens’ Traders Association announced on Friday.

The stores will remain open from 11.00 to 18.00 (local time). In its press release, the Association urges Athenians to take advantage of the sales and trust Greek businesses which will offer “quality products in very good prices”.
