Four more victims added on Wednesday’s tragedy list

Four more casualties were added to the list of victims of Wednesday’s tragedy in the sea region north of Lesvos. The total number of victims has reached 8.

On Wednesday three bodies were recovered, two boys aged six year old and one year old as well as an adult man. A little girl that was taken to the hospital also lost her life.

Meanwhile, at least 240 persons have been rescued from the Coast Guard and transferred to refugees camps and public spaces at Molyvos. The number of missing people remains unknown.
