Draft law on social security reforms must be ready by mid-November

Pensions-2The government aims at social security reforms in order to ensure the sustainability of the system and increase pensions, Labour Minister George Katrougalos said in statements after a meeting with Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras on Wednesday.
He added that the draft bill on social security reforms must be ready by mid-November.

“We will do whatever needed so as not to have pensions below 1,000 euros,” he noted.
